Shipping will be by UPS, DHL, or USPS by special
request. Orders must be paid in U.S. Dollars only and
by credit card only. Customer is responsible for all duties and
taxes incurred. |

merchandise is shipped UPS Ground, although some items are
drop-shipped direct and may be sent via DHL or FedEx at the
distributor's discretion.. All
in-stock merchandise will ship within 24 hours of order, with the

| Returns: |
We are proud to provide a 30 day Defective
Product return policy. Non-defective products are subject to a 20%
restocking fee. Beyond 30 days, the product must be returned to
the location under the conditions of the manufacturer's warranty.
Non-defective items returned within 30 days must be returned in
the original packaging with all manuals and accessories, along
with a note describing the problem, and a copy of your invoice.
You Must Call for a Return Authorization first. Special order
and electrical parts such as controllers, switches, component
parts, etc., are Non-Refundable. |
